Throughout the year, Suzanne leads private events such as Rounding Retreats where those that are initiated can meditate on Fire Island with like-minded individuals who would like to deepen their practice.
Rounding is an industrial strength advanced technique that combines simple yoga asanas and breath work with our meditation practice. It is designed to dislodge our deepest stresses. These courses are designed to allow meditators to enjoy higher states of consciousness more quickly as they enable the mind to access and maintain “Ritam” (the subtlest and most creative level of thinking) more easily.
Just fifty four steps from the ocean rests a couple of summer and winterized homes with beautiful deck and house views overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and white sand beaches of Fire Island.
The mechanics of this 4-day retreat is equivalent to approximately 6 months
of daily practice. They are transformative and one can feel the difference immediately
upon returning to your regular life.
Retreats feature beautiful Ayurvedic meals, architectural walks, crisp ocean strolls, and instructions on Abhyanga massage while soaking in the sunshine and bathing in nature.

*All fees include room and board, handouts, tea and sweets. Fees do not include transportation to and from the retreat location.
