The Four Day Course
After attending the Vedic Meditation Introduction talk, you are now ready to proceed with the Four Day Course.
The Four Day Course consists of four consecutive days of 90-minute classes. Students must attend all four days in person to complete the course as a sequential amount of knowledge is offered each day. The Four Day Course is offered at the East Village and Fire Island locations. Explore course options below.
Please note: all attendees will be required to present proof of vaccination upon arrival.

Locations and Scheduling
Please choose which meditation course you are able to attend by registering using the form below. You will be emailed a confirmation letter with all the details for your course in meditation. There will be a maximum of 3-4 people at each beginner’s meditation course.

Course fees
After attending an Introduction to Vedic Meditation talk, there is a one time course fee that covers your instruction, follow up communication with Suzanne and a lifetime membership to group Meditation practice.
Current course fees at the East Village location:
Adult: $1,100
College Student: $880
High School Student: $660
*Fee includes lunch, handouts, tea and sweets

Current course fees at the Fire Island Retreat location:
All students: $1,800
*Fee includes room and board, handouts, tea and sweets. Fee does not include transportation to and from the retreat location. Also includes follow up calls for the first four weeks of your initiation.

Follow Up Calls with Suzanne for Initiated Meditators:
Follow up calls the first month after 4 day course are included in the fee.
Private calls 45-minute calls are available on Wednesdays at 12:30pm EST and 5:30pm EST for those initiated meditators who have questions about their practice and prefer one-on-one discussion directly with Suzanne. Suggested call fee for follow up calls is $108. Otherwise inquiries can be made during Monday Group meditation and knowledge talk.
